A singular original work created in the Toth Lamb studio, Mexico City — born from a life lived across 40 countries and the relentless energy of Formula 1.
The work presents a racing car from above — a bird's eye view of pure speed, frozen in the moment before everything changes. Embedded within the composition are four of the world's most prestigious F1 circuits, rendered in the inner layer for the viewer to find, identify, and claim as their own. This is not decoration. It is a challenge.
Hidden throughout the work, in graffiti script drawn from over two decades of mark-making across six continents, are encoded messages — cultural fragments, street language, and personal iconography accumulated across 40+ countries. Every viewer will read something different. That is the intention.
The top layer is a custom original vector artwork by Francis Lamb, precision laser-cut in translucent red acrylic — the car's silhouette and circuit geometry cut clean and exact, casting a deep red glow across the entire composition. Beneath it, on archival thick gallery paper, lies the second original — the inner painting by Christian Toth. Acrylic paint, spray paint, graffiti script, hand-applied gold and silver leaf, built up by hand in the studio. Internal LED illumination activates both layers simultaneously — light passes through the red acrylic and the painted paper below, producing a rich crimson and gold glow that shifts with every viewing angle.
